How to connect wifi with mobile phone – Car camera 4K GPS

1. Download “Timacam” app to your cell phone.
2. Long press “Menu” button to switch in wifi.
3. Select the wifi NVT-CARDVxxxx on your phone settings.
4. Press “Timacam” app to connect.

1. Only can connect wifi on car dvr wifi hotspot, can’t connect wifi through router.
2. When connected to WiFi, you can only view normal speed video playback on your phone. To view fast forward (+2+4+8) or slow release (-2-4-8), you can only do so within the DVR or third party app.

The camera has two lenses, one inside and the other outside.

The outside camera has a night vision sensor. At night, it works well only if there is any light, such as car headlights or road lights. This doesn’t mean the front camera can record without light.

The inside camera has four IR lights. It can record without any lights at night. When you switch on the IR function, the video is in black and white.

When the infrared function is turned off during the day, the video turns pink, because there are 4 infrared lights, so it absorbs a lot of ultraviolet light during the day.

If you don’t like the pink video, you can switch on the IR function in the DVR settings, and it will turn to black and white version.

4. Use the up or down button to select.
5. Press the OK button to confirm your selection.
