The sensor is based on the principle of photoacoustic sensing and Sensirion’s PASens® and CMOSens® patented technologies. It is small in size and has excellent performance. It also integrates a cost-effective humidity and temperature sensor to achieve on-chip signal compensation and additional humidity and temperature output. Compared with traditional solid-state electrolyte sensors and infrared sensors, the detection data is more accurate and has more stable transmission performance.
