When visitors leave comments on the site, we store feedback form data as well as the visitor’s IP address and web browser identifier for technical processing and legal needs.
An anonymous text string (hash) created from your email address can be transmitted to the Gravatar service to verify its use. You can find Gravatar’s privacy policy here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After the comment has been approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible next to the comment.
Media uploads
When uploading images to a website, avoid storing location information (EXIF GPS) in the images. Website visitors can download the images and get all the location information images contain.

With whom the Shop might share data

For customer’s order fulfillment purposes we share personal data obligatory to fulfill orders to our service providers:
- To each specific item manufacturer (or marketer) data about customer order specification and delivery terms;
- For interacting with payment and credit services the Store acts only as a mediator and transfers clients to interact directly with our service providers:
- to Stripe, Inc.
- LHV Bank AS.
- ESTO AS.
- Maksekeskus AS.
- The Store is sharing customer’s delivery addresses and purchase terms needed for order fulfillment to our delivery services partners:
- In Baltic States and in Finland – Omniva, Itella, Unisend.
- In another countries – country-specific providers for each.
How long we keep customer data
Comments and their metadata are stored indefinitely to allow automatic detection and approval of subsequent comments without sending them to moderation.
For registered users of the website, we store the information they enter under their user profile. All users can view, change and delete their information at any time (the exception is the username, which cannot be changed). This information can also be viewed and modified by the website administrators.
