Introduction:

This Tuya WiFi-enabled Smart Carbon Monoxide Detector is engineered to guard you and your relatives against the perils of carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning.

WiFi + Bluetooth Connectivity: This device boasts dual connectivity, enabling it to connect to network signals at a speed twice as fast as WiFi only. The combination of WiFi and Bluetooth results in a more dependable connection (Note: Bluetooth solely facilitates network connections and is not a standalone feature).

Loud Alarm System: Upon detecting unsafe CO levels, the unit’s red LED indicator will flash, triggering an 85dB alarm sound capable of penetrating walls, providing an urgent warning to promptly avert any risk.

Remote Monitoring: The detector features real-time display and monitoring of CO concentrations (in PPM) via a mobile app, granting you remote access to your household’s safety, regardless of distance.

Behavior Indicators:

1. Upon powering up, all indicator lights will briefly illuminate then deactivate. A green light flashes every second, initiating a 120-second countdown, after which it flashes once every 40 seconds, indicating a reset to “0 ppm.”
2. A sensor malfunction is indicated by an orange light flashing twice every 40 seconds, coupled with two beeps, and the display showing “ERR.”
3. When the test button is pressed, the green and yellow lights remain lit, the red light blinks, and the unit emits a beep sound.
4. Exceeding the preset CO threshold (128ppm) causes the red light to blink with a continuous beep sound. The alarm ceases once levels return to “0 ppm,” and if connected, the app will send a notification.
5. To conduct a user test, direct cigarette smoke towards the device; displayed CO levels will rise, and if they surpass the threshold, an alarm will sound with concurrent red light flashes.
