Overview – L11

The L11 is a Tuya BLE-enabled, adjustable, cylindrical intelligent fingerprint smart lock. It comes in two sizes to accommodate different door thicknesses and is compatible with 99% of door types.

Please Note: Due to logistics constraints, batteries are typically not included in the package.

Adjusting the Length of the Cylinder Cam

The lock cylinder length ranges from 75mm to 100mm and is suitable for doors with a thickness range of 40mm to 100mm.

1. For Doors 35mm to 50mm Thick: If the door thickness is within this range, the Cylinder Cam does not need to be adjusted. The smart lock cylinder can be installed directly.
2. For Doors 50mm to 70mm Thick: If the door thickness is within this range, the Cylinder Cam needs to be adjusted according to the provided “Adjust Cylinder Cam” instructions.

Four Unlocking Methods

• Fingerprint Unlock: Supports up to 100 fingerprints. It has undergone 100,000 rotations in reliability tests to ensure high stability and safety.
• Password Unlock: Supports various password settings on the Tuya app, including Time-Limited, One-Time, Dynamic, Clearing, and Custom Temporary Passwords.
• Tuya App Unlock: Allows one-click unlocking via the Tuya app using Bluetooth.
• Mechanical Key Unlock: Provides a traditional unlocking method using a mechanical key.

What should I do if the smart door lock runs out of power?

If the door lock is dead, don’t panic. There are two ways to unlock it:
1. Use a spare metal key to directly unlock the lock
2. Use a power bank to emergency power on to unlock8-Month Battery Life

Use 4pcs AAA 1.5V Battery, Please use the not rechargeable Alkalin battery. (battery not include in the package)
