It records automatically body weight for one or for multiple people to Android or iPhone and to GoogleFit, AppleFit or Fitbit account on your computer. People can maintain records each separately or together as a Family.
Records can see as a list or as a graph. If someone has a little baby, there is a separate function to weight the baby. To record history the Insmart Health app is obligatory and connects with the scale via Bluetooth.
The body scale also analyzes the body composition and gives BMI, bones and fat percentages, body age and much more. Figures for body composition some people believe these are reliable and some people don’t trust such analytics.

+ 2 Panasonic Pro AAA batteries (€34.00). To measure body temperature, to quickly measure the temperature of breast milk, air, bath water, room floor, food, pets and things from a distance of 3-5 cm. There is a separate switch on the side for switching between body or object measurement modes. It measures body temperature in the range of 32.0-42.4 C. The temperature of objects and air in the range of 0-100 C. Measurement accuracy +- 0.2 C.
Medical non-contact thermometer, use: take out of the package, remove the protective sticker from the screen and install 2 AAA batteries. Switched to either “Body” or “Surf” (surface) position, depending on what you want to measure. Aim the tube at the surface to be measured and briefly press the trigger. Hold the direction until a quiet beep is heard (approx. 1 sec.). Aim for air to measure air.
Turns off automatically after approx. 15 sec. Three round buttons on the side: 1) to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit scales. 2) to move memory locations from A to Z. 3) to move memory locations from Z to A. NB! If you measure objects or air in the “Body” mode, it shows “Low” … always check the position of the switch (either ‘Body’ or ‘Object’) !

Blood oxygen saturation monitor is to measure blood oxygen (SpO2), pulse (bmp) and perfusion index (PI%) from the fingertip. Best in class. Certified and labelled as a medical device (CE0123). Suitable for home or workplace pharmacy, for use as an indicator tool in health monitoring, sports or high altitude. Measurement is performed externally by light beams through the skin, without damaging the skin. It is convenient for repeated measurements during the day, or for continuous measurements during activities and sports (up to 2 hours in a row).
To take a measurement, insert 2 AAA batteries (included FREE OF CHARGE, follow the polarity markings when correctly inserted), insert your finger into the meter and press the switch button briefly. The readings will appear on the LCD screen after 5+ seconds. The screen can be rotated to 6 different positions by repeatedly pressing the switch button. The position of the display is automatically saved for the next use. To stabilize the readings on the display, a measurement duration of 10-30 seconds is recommended. Turns off automatically after 5+ seconds when the finger is removed from the meter.
To switch the audible alarms on or off and to define the limit criteria, the power button must be held down for 5 seconds. The instrument then enters the setting mode. With short presses of the flow knob, move the setting to the desired indicator and on the line of this indicator, hold the flow knob down – until the desired criterion appears on the line. The settings will be saved automatically, to exit the settings select “Exit” from the menu.

For many decades, physicians used a manually inflated air-bladder cuff and a listening device called stethoscope to listen to arterial wall sounds. This is known as auscultatory method of measuring blood pressure. Using this method required some practice and it was typically performed by trained medical practitioners.
Recent advances in medical technology paved way for inexpensive, easy-to-use, digital BP monitors that anyone could use in the comfort of their homes without specialized knowledge or training.
A digital BP monitor uses an inflatable air-bladder cuff, a battery-powered air pump and a pressure sensor for sensing arterial wall vibrations to measure blood pressure in an artery. This is known as oscillometric method.
There are two types of digital BP monitors: the upper-arm and the wrist models. The upper-arm model has a cuff that is placed on the upper arm and is connected by a tube to the monitor that rests on a surface near the arm. The wrist model is smaller and the entire unit wraps around the wrist. Regardless of the BP monitor type, the measurement method is the same.

To turn the sound signals on or off and to define the limit criteria, you have to hold down the power button for 5 seconds. Then the device goes into setting mode. With short presses of the power button, move to the desired indicator, and in the row of this indicator, hold the power button for a long time – until the desired criterion appears in the row. After that, leave the device standing for approx. 8 seconds and the device will save the selected criteria and exit the setting mode.

Usage: take out of the package, remove the protective sticker from the screen and install 2 AAA batteries, set the measurement unit to F or C (see manual or ask). Measurement from a distance of up to 5 cm.
To measure the ear with non-contact IR thermometer (the most reliable temperature of a person is measured not from the forehead, but either from the anus, under the armpit, or from the ear), point the tube into the ear canal (only insert it into the ear canal, no need to push it into the ear canal, no need for replaceable nozzles), briefly press the trigger and then wait for approx. 1 sec. (until a quiet beep is heard). Look at the reading. Turns off automatically after approx. 10 sec. NB! When measured from the ear, the normal body temperature is considered to be 35.9-37.6 C.
